Learn about the whole process of cider making – from propogation to apple variety selection, from fermentation  to bottling. What apples are best for making cider? When and how should apple trees be pruned? When is the best time to pick the apples? How is the alcohol content determined? These and many other questions are covered in our Cider Making courses.
