Our ciders are created using traditional heritage apple varieties that are grown locally at Spring Vale Farm. And because we use genuine cider apples, the cider lasts – like a good wine – and changes character over the years. There is no such thing as a ‘best by’ or ‘best before’ date other than personal preference.
